En 2019, nous avons fait refaire nos WC par P. GARCIA. Rien de particulier à signaler En août 2021, nous lui avons confié la réfection totale de notre salle de bains. Lui faisant entièrement confiance et bien qu'il restait 2 finitions à faire, pour ne pas le pénaliser nous lui avons réglé la totalité de la facture fin août 2021. Malheureusement, comme il ne se manifestait pas pour finir les travaux, après de nombreuses relances par téléphone et SMS restés sans réponse (ce qui est inadmissible), nous nous sommes rendus à son domicile afin d'avoir des explications. Il est enfin venu le 1er avril 2022. Force est de constater qu'une finition n'est pas réussie. Nous nous en contenterons. C'est dommage car il travaillait bien. Ce n'est pas un surdoué de la communication, ni du respect des clients, ni des finitions. Serait-il venu finir les travaux si nous n'avions pas été chez lui ? Nous en doutons

Having complete confidence in him, and although there were two finishing touches left to be done, to avoid penalizing him, we paid him the full invoice at the end of August 2021. Unfortunately, since he hadn't shown up to finish the work, after numerous reminders by phone and text messages that went unanswered (which is unacceptable), we went to his home to get an explanation. He finally came on April 1, 2022. It's clear that the finish wasn't perfect. We'll be happy with that. It's a shame because he did a good job. He's not a pro at communication, respecting customers, or finishing touches. Would he have come to finish the work if we hadn't been at his place? We doubt it.

Nous avons contaté l'entreprise Garcia suite à un dégat des eaux venant de son installation d'un bac de douche. Après un dépannage et la pose d'un joint termporaire nous avions convenu d'une nouvelle intervention dans les 4 semaines. Après 10 semaines et de nombreux messages (Tel + Textos) Mr Garcia n'a pas daigné répondre. SI techniquement j'emet un doute sur la compétence de l'entreprise à poser un bac de douche, je n'ai aucun doute sur le non professionalisme et le respect du client de Mr Garcia. Cette experience malheureuse m'amène à vous déconseiller fortement cet artisan.

We contacted Garcia following water damage from their shower tray installation. After a repair and the installation of a temporary seal, we agreed to repeat the work within four weeks. After 10 weeks and numerous messages (phone and text messages), Mr. Garcia has not deigned to respond. While technically I have doubts about the company's competence in installing a shower tray, I have no doubt about Mr. Garcia's lack of professionalism and respect for his customers. This unfortunate experience leads me to strongly advise against using this contractor.
